The Marine Corps Logistics Base held their annual Tree Lighting Ceremony Friday evening.

The base lit a tree near the front of the base in celebration of the holiday season.  Santa Claus even stopped by the event to take pictures and give out gifts.

Officials say the ceremony is a yearly tradition at the base they hope continues for decades to come.
