ALBANY, GA -- Local community outreach group Mission Change is gearing up for a busy holiday season.

Tuesda,y co-founder LaDonna Urick spoke to the Dougherty County Rotary Club, letting members know how they can get involved.

Mission Change’s biggest effort of the year is on Christmas Eve, where they serve dinner downtown.

“We are seeking for volunteers. Last year we had over 250 volunteers show up and it’s incredible to have that many volunteers, but we also remind people that it's not just the holidays that you want to give back. There are 364 other days of the year,” said Urick.
