ALBANY, GA -- If you were up early enough, you know it was literally freezing Saturday morning.

But frosty weather wasn't enough to keep runners off the road for the YMCA Chili Run. About 400 runners braved that weather for a 1 mile, 5k and 15k races. But you wouldn't hear them complaining.

“It's an absolutely beautiful day, once you get running the blood starts flowing and you start warming up and it's a great way for the YMCA and our focus on healthy living, to start and continue our wellness program,” said YMCA Director Dave Wallace.

The money raised during the race will go to family and youth programs at the YMCA.
