ALBANY, GA -- Folks with disabilities now have more options when it comes to affordable housing.

The Albany Advocacy Resource Center cut the ribbon on two new facilities Wednesday--that's seven new units.

Officials say new tenants will be moving in immediately.

“Individuals with disabilities, they're on an income of $674 a month and trying to find accessible housing for our people, affordable accessible housing, it's almost impossible,” says Executive Director Annette Bowling.

Tenants will be able to get utilities and rent for under $200 a month.
