ALBANY, GA -- The president of Albany Technical College had to fight off a robber last night.
Dr. Anthony Parker told police he came home and found a man holding a gun inside his house on East Doublegate drive. But Parker fought off the man and managed wrestle the gun away from the suspect, who then ran out the house.
The robber did get away with a laptop and watch. The suspect is described as a white male wearing all black clothing and a mask; about 20 to 25 years old.
