ATLANTA (AP) -- Law enforcement agencies in Georgia and Florida are teaming up to encourage college football fans not to drink and drive.

The University of Georgia football team travels south on Saturday to play the University of Florida. The Florida Highway Patrol and the Georgia State Patrol want to send the following message to fans: "If you drink and drive, we'll be looking for you in both states."

To reinforce the message, members of both agencies recently recorded a public service announcement near the stadium in Jacksonville, Fla. It's scheduled to run during network television programming this week.

The two states have worked together before on law enforcement initiatives, but this is the first time they've jointly reached out to football fans through in-stadium media.
