ALBANY, GA -- Keyosha Woods was the poster winner of “What Home Means To Me” from the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Organizations (NAHRO). The contest was a collaborative effort of NAHRO’s states, regional and national organizations.

7-year-old Keyosha Woods is a member of the Lipsey Pate Boys & Girls Clubs of Albany and a resident of the Lipsey Pate Housing Authority.  Ms. Hudson, from The Albany Housing Authority, asked the members of the Lipsey Pate Club to draw posters this summer depicting the “What Home Means To Me” theme. Keyosha's entry was chosen out of 106 entries as the national winner. As the winner, her poster will be created into a calendar and distributed throughout the nation to housing authorities. For winning the contest, she received a certificate of participation and $100 check.
