ALBANY, GA. -- Albany Fire Department investigators are subpoenaing AT&T phone records to help to locate an arsonist who targeted the Taco Bell on Slappey Boulevard.

The incident happened this past Sunday.

Officials say someone called in a threat to the store before showing up at the drive thru side of the building and tossing a Molotov cocktail against the wall.

No one was injured and authorities say they're searching for the suspect.

“We're in the process of getting the video downloaded to a junk drive where we can get it enhanced enough to put it out to the media and the media can show it to the population and see if someone recognizes the people who threw the Molotov cocktail,” said Albany Fire Department Arson Investigator Sam Harris.

Harris says getting a subpoena for the phone records could take up to two months.
