Two 16-year-old male students in the Dougherty County School System were indicted for rape today in separate incidents that happened on Dougherty County school property over summer break.

In the first case, a Westover High School student raped another student who did not attend school in Dougherty County.

In the second case, a Monroe High School student raped another Monroe High School student.

Both men are currently out on bond at this time and will go through a school system tribunal to determine if they will be allowed to finish school in the Dougherty County School System.
