Local Marine reservists prepare to kick off this year’s Toys for Tots campaign Fri., Oct. 21 at 2 p.m. at Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany.
ALBANY, GA --
Gunnery Sgt. Kenneth R. Starkey will provide information to the public about how to register or participate in the campaign. Col. Terry V. Williams, commanding officer, MCLB Albany, Ga., will also attend the event.
Toys for Tots is the largest Department of Defense outreach program and serves as an avenue for the Marine Corps, charity organizations and the local community to provide toys for underprivileged children.
