SUMTER COUNTY, GA -- Three people have been arrested in Sumter County accused of running an illegal gambling ring.

38-year-old Muazzam Khan and 50-year-old Sohail Khan were the owners of Double D fast foods.

They were arrested when sheriff's deputies served a warrant suspecting alcohol sales to minors, but when they got inside they found a set up of five gambling machines.

Deputies also seized cash and a handgun.

23-year-old store clerk Joel Garcia was also arrested. He was charged with alcohol sale to a minor.
