Pedestrian killed in Cuthbert, Ga

ALBANY, GA -- Georgia State Patrol has confirmed that a pedestrian was hit by a car and killed a little after six Saturday evening on U.S. 82 on State Route 50.

The pedestrian, 60-year-old Johnnie Taylor was killed instantly.

The driver of the car did not sustain any injuries and there are no charges pending at this time.

The Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team was on the scene Saturday evening.
