ALBANY, GA -- A father is behind bars after leaving his two children alone in a hotel room Friday morning.
Police arrested Randy Loud after someone found his children alone in one of the rooms at the Dollar Inn on N. Slappey Blvd.
Loud told police he left to do errands. He is charged with two counts of reckless conduct.
