Elite athletes from Southwest Georgia compete with the best
ALBANY, GA -- A group of athletes from Southwest Georgia are in California competing on the national stage at the 2011 Reebok Crossfit Games.
The group of six competitors from Albany’s World Camp Crossfit along with a coach, friends, family, and supporters are giving it their best shot.
Challenges include running with 200 pound weighed bags, climbing ropes, lifting heavy weights and more. As of Friday evening the team is ranked 23rd overall.
