ALBANY, GA. -- As we first reported on Fox 31 News at 6:30 p.m. a man wanted for murder turned himself into the Dougherty County Jail Tuesday evening.

Joshua Johns turned himself into the Dougherty County Jail after media reports that he was wanted by the Albany Police Department.

Johns was wanted in last Wednesday night’s shooting at Hidden Oaks Apartments off of South Mock Road. Albany State University student Bruce Mullen was shot and killed in the incident.  Police already arrested 26-year-old Stephen Lewis in connection to the shooting.

Johns will be arraigned at 7 a.m. Wednesday July 6, 2011 at the Dougherty County Jail.
