ALBANY, GA -- Albany has a new place for you to buy groceries.

The new store is actually inside the Advocacy Resource Center thrift shop on Pine Avenue.

Now not only can you shop for gently used household items, but you can also stock up your pantry.

“Because the thrift store is here obviously to help. And these prices are much better than your store prices and these are new items, they're not outdated or anything. These are just new items,” said store manager Joyce Cresswell.

The proceeds from the grocery section will go toward the Albany Advocacy Resource Center.
