Driver lost control, flipped car

ALBANY -- FOX 31 was the only station on the scene after a pregant woman lost control of her car and rolled over at least three times on Liberty Expressway.

Police say 32-year-old Laurel Lynch was driving her 1999 Saturn when she swerved to avoid hitting a semi-truck and flipped over.

Lynch suffered minor injuries; she was taken to the hospital for observation.

No other vehicles were involved. Authorities do not plan to file any charges.
