ALBANY -- If you drove down North Westover Boulevard today you may have noticed new street lights.

The Water, Gas and Light Commission is putting up 45 lights over the next couple weeks. S.P.L.O.S.T, or Special Local Option Sales Tax, is funding the $200,000 project.

The lights begin at Westgate Drive and extend to Gillionville Road.
