The Tift County Sheriff’s Office along with the Mid-South Narcotics Task Force made a drug bust in Tifton.

Officials arrested 36-year-old Roberto Canas Jr. after an investigation revealed he was part of a methamphetamine trafficking ring in Tift County.

Canas tried to sell 11 ounces of meth to an undercover agent for $11,000. The moment he produced the drugs he was taken into custody and sent to the Tift County Jail and charged with trafficking methamphetamine.
