Kevin Conley was charged with their thefts
ALBANY, GA -- On June 13, 2011 around 12:00PM, the Albany Police Department was notified by Albany Tractor Company in reference to a stolen lawn mower (out of Florida) that was brought in for repairs.
Later in the afternoon, the suspect, Kevin L. Coney from Augusta, Georgia, returned to pick up the lawnmower; at which time he was apprehended by the Criminal Investigations Bureau Detectives. After being interviewed, Coney was charged with two counts of felony Theft by Receiving Stolen Property and transported to the Dougherty County Jail.
Both lawn mowers were stolen out of the State of Florida.
