Albany police arrest a man in connection with a case involving a man's throat being slashed
Police arrested Henry Davis Jr. on charges related to the case involving Larry Kirkland's throat being slashed
ALBANY, GA -- An arrest was made after a 56-year-old had his throat slashed on Friday.
Henry Davis, Jr., 40, was arrested on Friday at 2414 Brier Wood at the Quail Call Apartments on charges of aggravated assault and possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime.
On Friday, Larry Kirkland says Davis walked up behind him, got in his car and sliced his neck with a knife. Davis allegedly fled the scene and Kirkland travelled on his bike to the 600 block of East Broad Avenue where he called police.
Police say the incident occurred after an argument Friday morning.
