Updated with mug shots: Law enforcement arrests two in connection to marijuana and crack cocaine bust at the apartment

ALBANY, GA -- Two arrests are made in connection with an apartment drug bust. Maj. Bill Berry says law enforcement arrested Rita Conswella Starling and Jontavius Sherrell Mitchell; he says the two are being charged with possession of crack cocaine and marijuana. They are now in the Dougherty County Jail.

The Albany-Dougherty Drug Unit raided their apartment at 813 MacIntosh Road on Friday afternoon. Berry says they discovered just under one ounce of crack cocaine (20 grams) and a small amount of marijuana.

Berry says they also recovered $870 from the apartment.
