A South Georgia Judge is back to work after being arrested this weekend for driving under the influence.
Authorities say Chief Judge of the Southwestern Judicial Circuit, Rucker Smith was pulled over by Leslie police on Saturday for speeding. Upon further investigation he refused a sobriety test and was charged with D-U-I and an open container. Smith was booked in the Sumter County jail and has been released on his on recognizance.
