Driver lost control of car after another vehicle swerved in his path.

ALBANY, GA -- An Albany driver is recovering after her truck was ran off the road by an unknown driver said authorities.

The 29-year-old Carolina Stowe was heading westbound on Dawson road when a vehicle swerved into her path. When she tried to gain control of the Hummer truck, she hit a ditch and rolled over several times before making a stop.

Charges are pending on the driver who kept going. No description of the vehicle is available.

Stowe was treated and released from Phoebe hospital for minor injuries.

Police are still investigating this case.
