DCP make an arrest in a late night stabbing

ALBANY, GA. -- Dougherty County Police arrested Donna Boggs Monday night for stabbing Bobby Phillips in both of his arms with a knife on South County Line Road.

Police stopped Boggs while driving, and arrested and charged her with a DUI and aggravated assault.

Phillips is expected to make a full recovery.
