ALBANY, GA -- Jury selection has begun in a trial against the man suspected of killing local business man Walter Phelps.
Jordan Harris is facing armed robbery charges in a case separate from the Phelps murder. Prosecutors say Harris pulled trigger and killed Phelps during an armed robbery at the P&P Hardware store last July.
District Attorney Greg Edwards says he will seek the death penalty in that case.
