Horse was loose from nearby farm

ALBANY, GA. -- An S-U-V struck and killed a horse over the weekend.

The incident occurred on Fleming Road near the M-C-L-B late Saturday night.

The horse was one of four that had apparently gotten loose from a nearby farm.

The driver of the S-U-V was not injured and no charges were filed.
