ATLANTA (AP) -- The only giant panda cub born at a U.S. zoo last year will soon get his name.
As is Chinese tradition, the tiny cub at Zoo Atlanta will get his moniker after his first 100 days. The ceremony is Feb. 15 at 8 a.m. at the zoo.
But the guest of honor and his mother, Lun Lun (loon loon), won't be at the ceremony. The duo is still in seclusion until the cub's public debut — likely in late March or early April when he's learned how to walk.
Panda fans can keep track of the cub and Lun Lun at the zoo's online panda cam.
