Albany Drug Unit search warrant leads to seven arrests

ALBANY, GA -- After a search warrant was conducted by the Albany-Dougherty Drug Unit, seven people were taken into custody.

The search was of apartment b at 1323 East Society Avenue Saturday as a result of an ongoing investigation.

With help from the Albany Metro SWAT Team, Special Detail Unit and the Albany probations office, Antonio Seay, Shacoby Seay, Henry Wallace, Carlets Washington, Alfonya McCray, Shalanda Seay, and Pamela Clay were all taken into custody with pending charges.

We do know Henry Wallace was wanted on warrants taken by investigations and was charged with theft by receiving stolen property.

As a result of this search, police recovered $984, a small quantity of bagged marijuana, a large amount of various types of liquor and beer, and a price list for all the sales.

Antonio Seay is presently out on bond for murder in the incident at Nab's Lounge on Turner Field Road.
