ALBANY, GA -- The Albany Police Department is trying to alert local businesses about a recent arrest.  

29-year-old Alicia Nicole Blake was arrested on Monday for three counts of forgery in the first degree. Investigators say from December 1, 2010 until the time of her arrest, Blake made purchases using three stolen checks. 

Police want to inform all businesses in Albany and surroundings areas about additional checks that Blake may have written at their locations. 

Blake reportedly signed the checks using a fake name. If your business has received a check written by Alicia Blake, contact the Albany Police Department Financial Crimes Unit at (229) 431-3288.
