ALBANY, GA -- Two drivers are in serious and critical conditions after one driver ran a red light at the intersection of Slappey and Palmyra Wednesday evening.

Officers say 23-year-old Rebecca Kovach was driving a Dodge Caravan when she ran a red light and hit 43-year-old Christine Banks who was driving a ford explorer.

Both women were taken to the hospital and released. Kovach was given a ticket for running the red light.
