ALBANY, GA -- The Lee County Commission announced its new County Administrator at Tuesday night's meeting.

The commission voted to approve Tony Massey as the new Lee County Administrator. Massey most recently served as city manager for the city of Frankfurt, Kentucky for over six years. Massey holds a bachelor's degree in political science and a master's degree in public administration from the University of Tennessee. The board thanked interim county administrator, Al Crace, for his hard work. Crace expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to serve Lee County.

Massey's first day will be February 7th.
