APD needs help catching a thief

ALBANY, GA. -- The Albany Police Department responded to a burglary at the Winn-Dixie on 200 East Oakridge Avenue this morning.

Shortly after 5 a.m. police say someone removed the front window without setting off the alarm and stole an unknown number of cigarettes.
