ALBANY, GA -- Albany police were cracking down on drivers Wednesday.

Police were stationed at three locations along North Washington Street for “Operation: Road Block.”

Officers were looking for expired licenses and tags, traffic violations, and wanted persons. “Operation: Road Block” resulted in 16 arrests, 43 citations, 10 field interviews, and 3 warnings.
