Albany police ask for your help in catching four crooks

One man is wanted for probation violations, three are sought for burglarizing the Petro Food Mart

ALBANY, GA -- Albany Police Department Media Manager Phyllis Banks-Whitley tells FOX 31 News that 25-year-old Travis Devoris Williams is wanted for two probation violations; one for failure to appear and one for failure to pay.

Williams is 5’6” and weighs about 145 pounds. His last know address is 900 North Jackson Street, Albany.

Meanwhile, the Albany Police Department’s Burglary Unit is asking for help in identifying three burglary suspects.

Investigators say three men entered the Petro Food Mart on December 19 just before 2:30 a.m., and stole cash, candy, and cigarettes. Police say the men broke into the store by throwing rocks through the front glass door.

Anyone who has information regarding the whereabouts of Travis Devoris Williams or information about the Petro Food Mart burglary should call Crime Stoppers at (229) 436-TIPS or the Albany Police Department at (229) 431-2100.
