ALBANY, GA -- The Viper Unit motorcycle club helped get some families into the Christmas spirit.

They have been raising money all year through car washes and fundraisers to put holiday boxes together for families in need. In each box were canned goods, cake mix, and even a few toys for the children.

“It feels very good with the Viper Unit, we try to do charitable things throughout the community and it's a good feeling being able to help someone in need during this economical hard time,” said Viper Unit president, Marvin Thomas.

In total, the group visited seven families.
