"Alice in Wonderland" themed parade kicks off holiday season in Albany

ALBANY, GA -- Hundreds lined the streets downtown on Pine Avenue for Albany’s 20th Christmas parade, Celebration of Lights.

After lighting the Christmas tree, the whimsical “Alice in Wonderland” themed parade kicked off. The Marine Corps marching band played a selection of Christmas music.

Over one hundred participants – ranging from bands to floats – were decked out, spreading the holiday spirit to Southwest Georgia families.
