THOMASVILLE, GA -- A Thomasville woman is accused of murdering a man she was arguing with Saturday morning.

40-year-old Jennifer Yvonne Hadley is charged with felony murder and aggravated assault in the stabbing death of 44-year-old Devon Willis Hermon.

Police were called to 511 Magnolia about 1 a.m. Saturday in reference to an assault. Officers say they found Hermon wounded on the front porch.

Investigators say Hadley and Harmon; both reside at 511 Magnolia, were fighting and at some point Hadley stabbed Hermon. Hermon was pronounced dead at Archbold Memorial Hospital.

Hadley reportedly told police that she and Hermon were arguing when she went to her car, got a knife, and stabbed Hermon in the chest. The knife has not been recovered.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is assisting police in the case.
