ATLANTA -- An elderly woman visiting Atlanta to see the Friday night Grady High-Peach County football game was killed after being struck by a car.

Peach County Coroner Kerry Rooks confirmed that 82-year-old Ruby Young died Saturday at Grady Memorial Hospital, reported the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

According to police reports, Young and another person were crossing 10th Street after the game when they were struck by a motorist.  One pedestrian, Phillip Young, was taken to a nearby hospital with leg injuries. Ruby Young suffered head injuries and died in the emergency room.
