Chick-Fil-A hosted its first annual Rising Leaders Rally for in Albany

ALBANY, GA -- Sure they want you to eat more Chicken, but they want you to be a leader too.

Chick-Fil-A hosted its first annual Rising Leaders Rally for in Albany. High school juniors and seniors from Dougherty and surrounding counties attended.

Guest speakers were brought in to talk to students. Capt. Kenneth Bevo says it’s important to provided the teens with tips on how to lead others. “We want to give them the right resources and tools as soon as possible so they can take them into the workplace. Knowing yourself, knowing your subordinates, knowing the things you’re capable of doing and not capable of doing,” says Bevo.

Chick-Fil-A officials are planning on making the leadership rally an annual event- so they can continue to teach teens about the importance of leadership.
