ALBANY, GA -- Three of Georgia 40 under 40 talked to the Rotary Club Tuesday.

Albany Tech's Lisa de Jesus, Lily Pad's Caitlyn Cooper and GBI's Nikki Rhodes are all from Southwest Georgia.

The young business standouts talked about where they are, where they've been and where they are headed.

“I try to serve a population that looks like me when I was growing up and doing so allows me the best probability and possibility to make an impact,” said De Jesus.

“It's very important that young professionals stay in Albany. We have a great group of young professionals here, a very very diverse crowd that are willing to move Albany forward to the next level,” said Cooper.

The 40 under 40 list was compiled last month by Georgia Trend Magazine.
