Easter Seals bases design of chamber building
ALBANY, GA -- With the holiday season right around the corner, Albany has its official 2010 Christmas ornament.
Easter Seals unveiled the ornament at a ceremony at the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce today.
The ornament depicts the chamber building itself.
The $15.00 cost helps funs the Easter Seals' programs for adults and children with developmental disabilities throughout the region.
"We actually have the southern part of Georgia - 39 southern counties where we actually provide services in almost 60 countries," said Rosalyn Kirk of Easter Seals.
This is the 18th year of the Easter Seals' ornament program.
