Albany’s Recreation and Parks Department teamed up with the Albany Museum of Art today for Family Day
ALBANY, GA -- Albany’s Recreation and Parks Department teamed up with the Albany Museum of Art today for Family Day. The free event offered hands on events for the whole family. Kids could play games, relay races, and win prizes.
Organizer Kristin Caso says the event gives families the opportunity to get out and have fun together. “We just like to encourage people to come out and get off the sofa away from the TV for a little while and enjoy time with your family and enjoy playing together,” says Caso.
The organizations say they are planning to join forces again for future events.
