Police found thousands of images, including images in which the faces of neighborhood children were pasted onto the bodies of nude children downloaded from the Internet
ATLANTA (AP) -- A 45-year-old Atlanta man has been sentenced to eight years in federal prison on a charge of receiving child pornography.
U.S. Attorney Sally Quillian Yates said Friday Philip Emanuel was also ordered to serve 20 years supervised release and was fined $150,000. Restitution to a victim will be decided at a later hearing.
Yates says Emanuel admitted he had child pornography on his computer during an interview with Atlanta police detectives.
During a search of his computer police found thousands of images, including images in which the faces of neighborhood children were pasted onto the bodies of nude children downloaded from the Internet.
He then edited the images with photos of himself to make it look like he was engaging in sex acts with children, including the 10-year-old.
