The Carter Center in Atlanta says he is resting comfortably in the hospital
CLEVELAND, OH -- Former President Jimmy Carter has been taken to a hospital in Cleveland after complaining that he did not feel well on a Delta flight, reported WAGA FOX 5 in Atlanta.Paramedics met Carter's plane at the airport and rushed him to MetroHealth Hospital in Cleveland, reported FOX 5. Carter had complained of stomach pains.
In a press release, The Carter Center said that President Carter had an upset stomach, and is now resting comfortably in the hospital.
