Kemp stresses public safety
ALBANY, GA -- Lieutenant Governor Casey Cagle stopped by a fundraiser for Georgia House candidate Karen Kemp.
Cagle voiced his support for Kemp and her pledge to fight for jobs in Albany.
Kemp also stressed her commitment to public safety.
"In my role as executive director of the Lily Pad, I’ve seen the toll that violent crime takes on our children and our families and on our community, both the human cost and the financial cost," said Kemp.
Kemp faces Democratic incumbent Winfred Dukes in the November election.
