Circus swings into Albany

ALBANY, GA -- Clowns and cotton candy are filling the big top for the Cole Brothers Circus.

The show opened on Monday at the Albany Mall, featuring a tigers, elephants and even a “liger.” Performances also include trapeze artists and a human cannonball.

Your last chance to see the circus is on Tuesday, and the performers encourage families to come for some clean, family entertainment.

“In today’s world there’s video games and TV and movies, a lot of electronic media. This is up live and close. You can smell the animals, you can see them,” says Dominick Giannin who is the Presenter for the “Big Cats Show” at the circus.

Show times are 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $17 for adults and $12 for children under 13.
