Man arrested for dropping rock from bridge

ALBANY, GA -- A driver on the Liberty Expressway got a rude surprise on Saturday.

Albany police say 20-year-old Travis Wynn dropped a rock off the Nottingham Bridge.

The rock shattered the windshield of a Chevy Tahoe – the driver and passenger were not hurt.

Wynn is charged with terroristic threats and acts.
