Democrat Ken Hodges spoke to the Albany Rotary Club
ALBANY, GA -- The Albany Rotary Club heard from the Democratic candidate for Georgia Attorney General on Thursday.
Former Dougherty County District Attorney Ken Hodges stressed his Southwest Georgia roots and his ability to work with Democrats and Republicans.
He said his time as a prosecutor gives him the right experience for the job of Attorney General.
"It’s important to elect someone that’s been a prosecutor, someone who’s been in the courtroom advocating on behalf of Georgia citizens," said Hodges. "Someone who’s going to stand up for them."
Hodges faces Republican Sam Olens in the November election.
