A Moultrie man reportedly involved in a Brooks County bar fight turned himself into the Colquitt County Sheriff’s Office

ALBANY, GA -- A Moultrie man reportedly involved in a Brooks County bar fight turned himself into the Colquitt County Sheriff’s Office. Officials say Johnny Matthew Cox Junior surrendered to the Colquitt County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday afternoon, but has since been transferred to Brooks County jail. Cox is accused of striking a man in the head with a full bottle of beer, and then stabbing him in the shoulder with a piece of the broken bottle.
